Shipping Policy

Vireo currently ships orders within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee delivery dates unless a specific delivery date is expressly stated at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Although we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, carrier delays can occasionally occur.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, we will provide the appropriate notice and options required by applicable law. Federal law generally requires online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and provides protections when orders cannot be shipped as promised.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email or through your order information.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can help you investigate the situation.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

International Shipping

Vireo currently does not ship internationally.
